larger tyres

As a current owner of a 200 series cruiser. I wonder if any one out there has fitted larger wheels / tyres. I have fitted 285/70 tyres to the standard mag rims.
is there anything available "out there"

hi spydor. be very carefull about changing tyre sizes. i asked the same question of my insurance co,and they said, i would have to come to some agreement with them (probably in crease in premium ) at the moment i am using dunlop grandtrek at3. they are a little bit noisy. but they are the standard 200 series cruiser size 285 60r x18" regards ken brown
