Hello to everyone,
After having the batteries disconnected for several months and now ready to head north for the warmer weather we now have a problem with the OmegaLec 40 amp solar regulator. Connected the first battery this morning and the solar regulator gave one very short beep. Then after connecting the remaining 2 batteries noticed that there was no power at the solar regulator. Batteries were at 12.8V. Have checked the gold fuse in the positive line to the solar regulator and all appears OK. All the circuit breaker wiring appears to be in order but this should not have been a problem as all fuses were off. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? Without the solar regulator there are virtually no services such as lights, fridge and pumps. Has the solar regulator died or is there a possible problem between the solar regulator and the solar panels?
Any suggestions or recommendations would be very much appreciated,
Chris and Sue

Hi Chris,
Can you check the manufacturer of the Solar regulator.
I cannot find any reference to a Solar regulator from Olegalec, unless it is an old discontinued model. If you can identify, then I or another Bogger may be able to help
