Hi Tom

There are a number of threads on the subject here, and i have put a link to the most useful ones from the Vehicles/F250 board. Powerstrokeshop in USA has changed names a couple of times, so if the link is not right in the thread, ask again and i will find it.

Tom,
There are literally hundreds of places to get spare parts for F250's in the US, just Google what you are looking for and start your search.

Try ebaymotors.com and amazon.com also as a few businesses on there have the freight costs to OZ identified. Others may ship to OZ but you may have to ask the cost.

Shipping is the biggest potential cost variance from site to site for the same article so shop around. USPS have standard rates for small boxes (around 12"x12"x6") with a max weight of 20lbs for about $68. You will ahve to ask for this in most cases.

If you are after big and heavy things then it will likely be expensive. Having said that it will in all probability still be much cheaper than getting it here.

Lastly, make sure you are chasing spares for the right model. The 7.3 Powerstrokes ceased being sold in the US in early to mid 2003 even though they continued being sold here till I think 2006.

Everything I have bought I have quoted as having a 2003 model (even though it is a 2004 model in OZ) and so far all has been OK but I cannot speak for what you might have.

See how you go.
Cheers,
Bill
