The BOG site was hacked over night and it has taken some time to identify how the attack occurred, make the necessary changes and then restore all the information data bases.

Fortunately, the backup systems ensure that we have not lost any information and the changes have now been made to prevent a similar attack.

Apologies for any inconvenience

Excellent recovery.

Please explain how it was hacked so that we can all learn and perhaps better protect ourselves.

Cheers,

Yes, well done to all involved.

When I logged on this morning I got a message, obviously bogus, saying that I needed to download some extra security and I should click on a link that popped up.

They'll have to get up earlier than that to suck this old dog in.

cheers

Mick, There has been a problem with loading photos as we transition to a new image management module which will provide a lot more flexibility and features to manage uploading of photos.

The problem is being worked on and hopefully we'll have a fix in the next 24 hours.
