For a Mini Muster the Kalbar venue was well received by all who attended. The final count was 54 attendees (27 vans). The weather gods were kind to us this year with no flooding and perfect March sunshine and temperatures.

One of the many highlights of the event was the attendance of Brian and his team from Sound In Motion (BOG Sponsor). As well as informing us of the latest innovations and technologies, Brian personally went from van to van answering members questions, offering advice and doing minor repairs. A special thank you to Brian, Jeremy, and Thomas (SMARTSAT National Manager)

Those suppliers who provided handouts, fliers and catalogues

(Eniquest (BOG Sponsor), Aussie Traveller (BOG Sponsor), Hitch Ezy (BOG Sponsor), Sensatyre (BOG Sponsor), Southeast Stainless, Leisuretainment, Metalink, Northcoast 4wd / Suncoast Diesel, Top Gun Trailers, Ideal Auto Upholstery).

thank you for your support and information.

An event such as this would not have been so successful without the small band of willing helpers behind the scenes. Thank you to all who contributed.

Enough cannot be said about our host and organizer, Harry Donaldson (BOG Member – Traxxas). Harry is the caretaker at Kalbar Showgrounds and a committee member of the Kalbar Show Society.

Harry personally welcomed each member on arrival and escorted them to their site. He worked tirelessly to have the grounds and facilities in tip top condition for their arrival. He also organized the use of the BOG Banner for the week, ample firewood and fire bins and the lighting of the fires each night, wine tasting, catered dinner, plane for the aerial shots, jute box for entertainment, and much much more. He never stopped.

Harry you are to be congratulated. Thank you.

For those of you who have not met Harry before , make a point of dropping in to say gidday next time you are passing through and check out his 14ft Bushtracker.

Photo of Harry and Gus….. The word around the campfire was that Gus would make a good BOG Mascot.

We concur with Lance and Marilyn (Sunseekers) - Harry (Traxxas) did a great job and should be congratulated. He did a sterling job.
