Silicone lubricant for toilet cassette

Can someone tell me what silicone lubricant is used when doing the yearly toilet cassette Maintance?
Is it really an essential for the loo Maintance?

We have a spray can silicone which i use on the blade if it jams. Probably once a year rather than wait for trouble would be a better idea.

I find that Lanotec works better than Silicon spray both for the toilet cover and most other applications.

Supa Cheap Auto sell it in a light blue coloured spray can with a white cap.

We use Rocol silicon grease in the 120g tube and a disposable rubber glove to apply.
Like it better than the spray because it seems to stay applied longer and you don't breathe in any spray.
