Could someone please remind us of how the personal messaging works on the
BOG. Can we usually view the sent message by going through "My Home" and then clicking on messages?
And how long do the messages remain if the recipient doesn't notice they have a message or doesn't check the
BOG for a week or so?
We recently sent a message to two members and and haven't received a reply and can't view the messages. We used the copy to our email successfully, so we do have a copy of our query.

I hope this answers your query.
"Member messages will automatically be removed from the system 2 days after you have read them if you wish to keep a copy of the message then use the email message to me function, the system will then send a copy to you".
I do not know why they have responded, perhaps they are out of Internet range and cannot access the
BOG site?

So you are saying that they are not visible means that they have been read
or
that any message sent READ or UNREAD will be removed after two days
(We were aware of the info regarding removal after 2 days of being READ.)

No need to answer this query further as we now understand from your answer that you have checked and that the unread messages remain on the system indefinitely.
In the past members have been great and responded with basic messages, sometimes able to help sometimes not, hence our enquiry when checking after a couple of days and no response from either and our message to them not visible.
