12 volt microwave

Has anybody purchased one of these ? I was wondering if they are actually 12 volt or if they use an inverter.
My small Honda generator will not start a 1000w microwave so I am looking for an alternative.

PS. I am now sitting in my
Bushtracker 70km east of Kalgoorlie. I am here for another week of gold detecting. Only got 17gm so far, but we found a better spot this afternoon.

Hi Willie
Suggest you trade your 1000w Honda in on a 2000w Honda.
Price difference will probably be similar in the long run, and you wont have to change your microwave.
Once you have the 2000w model you will discover ever increasing uses for it.

I have a 1000 because it will sit in my passenger floor space. I don't want a larger generator, I want a 12 volt microwave.
