Membership Renewal Advice

I went to log on and enter the members forum only to be advised that my membership had expired. Has the group stopped sending out renewal advice as I haven't received any notification.

We never received a reminder either as we have previously but as I was aware that our membership was due I have paid it but the site keeps telling us our membership has expired even though we paid before the expirey date.

The site was set up to send an automated renewal reminder at 60, 30 and then 10 days before the renewal date and then on the date of expiry if the book keeper hasn't entered the details and extended the date by a further year then the system automatically changed the status to un-financial.

Maybe when the web site gets an update they might be able to automatically have the expiry date extended if it is paid on line through the BOG Shop.

Also the book keeper, treasurer and secretary used to get copies of the automated notices and the payments that are made so that any of them could update the expiry.

If you are having problems with not receiving the notices or not being changed to financial send a message to the Managers Forum by clicking on the box at the bottom of the message text area.

Have checked the Manage Members/Renewal Notices and can confirm neither of you have received any Membership Renewals - I have requested our Website Guru to investigate.

Will email you both when I receive the outcome.

It's been a week now since I renewd our membership & we still can't access the site,what am I doing wrong?
