The fellow installing my lithium batteries says the 50amp solar regulator is faulty and wants to contact the supplier.
Can anybody tell me who this is ?

Willie,
You will have to give a few more clues as to what type or brand Solar Regulator you have.
In 2001 we initially had a Morningstar 30 Amp and later changed to an Omelec 40 Amp regulator.
50 Amp seems to be one not commonly installed by BTi.
