G'ay,
I have read post 9270 and agree with those comments.
I wish to take the conversation one more step. We are still considering go to the Top End - Arnhem Land, Cobourg Peninsula, Kalumburu, Mitchell Falls, etc. I have been advised that a F250 will find it difficult to navigate tracks in these areas. I realise that a BT cannot be towed into some areas.
Anyone who has been to these area in a F250 and had difficulties would you please advise. Greg

We travelling into Mitchell Falls with ours and another F250 and had no problems at all.
We could not continue up to Kalumburu at the time because the road was closed by rain late in the season.

Kalumburu road is easy for a F250. Went up there 5 years ago towing BT with no trouble and again last winter, the road had improved a little over that time.
