BT info Geelong area

We recently purchased a 2012 BT. At the time of handover we thought we knew enough of the characteristics of BT to give us a working knowledge on which to build but find I am still struggling a bit with the battery/solar/charging system and the interpretation of the Elite monitoring display insofar as what I should be worrying/not worrying about.

I've spent a good deal of time following the various threads both here and BT's website but I don't seem to be making any headway so I've come to the conclusion that what I really would like to do is to meet up with another BT owner,(hopefully in the Geelong area but I can travel) who could talk me through the systems, push a button, tell me what it means and what I need to look out for if something decides to go off the rails. Reading the various threads on this it does seem to be something I need to understand pretty quickly if I am going to enjoy getting away.
