If you have had a problem paying membership have you tried contacting the comittee ?

I have just spoken to Len & Judith and there are no underlying issues.
They do not have a mobile phone and will be looking at renewing their membership in the near future by cheque or as a direct deposit into the
BOG account.

Electronic Payment does not specifically require a Mobile phone number. The information box explains why A phone number is needed and you have the choice of selecting Home, Work or Mobile.
