Forwarded membership renewal payment about 3-4 weeks ago. Still not accepted.

Please advise.

In reply to the "who we are" page, computer generated reply ...... I am unable to respond on the given URL as it requires active membership and mine is not yet accepted. As per instruction follow-up should be done online to maintain integrity of the thread.

Method of payment process was done on the BOG web site renewal section with VISA purchase dated 19 Sep 2014.
