I'm only going on memory here, but I think there is an edit tab on the top right of your advert.

Can't say for sure as I have removed my advert, but i believe that's how I did it.

Sounds strange, as I have been able to edit and delete and it was all very simple at the time, one for the committee perhaps.

You can write direct to committee using the option to tick the box at the bottom of a new post.

Don't know about in the for sale section but when ever I have posted or replied to a post there is an "edit button" shows up in the middle of top header of my post/reply.

Hi Rod & Deb

Unfortunately, we cannot edit original posts.
This is a feature the Committee is currently looking at as one of the improvements to the Website.

You will need to create another post with the new price. This post will then go to the top of the page.

Cheers,

Pam

Pam,

you are correct, I was mistaking my post here with the one on other sites I was able to delete.

A handy option to have that changed with the updated site.

I must be the only lucky member with an edit facility on my posts.
Cheers Harry.

Try making a for sale post and then editing it, I can edit posts to the owners & public forum but not the for sale section.

Hi Harry

There is a timeout for editing posts.

If a members requests a post to be deleted then this will be done by a Site Administrators who can be contacted via the Managers Forum.

Cheers

Pam
