distilling

I have been making home brew on the road for the last 8 years. I have 6 plastic hobby cubes, same as milk crates but solid sided, which hold the plastic bottles with screw lids. The cubes stack nicely 2 high under the bed and the barrel resides in the cargo hatch. Have even made beer with Qld bore water with no ill effects. Its a good excuse to stop somewhere while the brew ferments, not that we particulary need an excuse.
