Finch's nest
When I go into Members ,
BOG BIBLE and eg try and look up .broken axels or anything else . I get a message ."The Microsoft product necessary to open this file is not installed on your computer". Then they want me to pay up ,or get a free one for a month. Can I get this free one EVERY month or a one off.
Or am I pressing the wrong buttons. Hope someone can help me

i click on the file and download it with Windows Explorer.

If you dont have microsoft word, there are a number of free viewers available. google "word viewer" or "word reader" and you will see several, one from microsoft even.
