Good luck with it, I for one don't like the Explore Oz format, I can understand David Martin operates a business and his sites return income from adverts but it's not how I would have liked to see the BOG end up. My initial look at it, I don't like it, but I will try and keep an open mind and see how things evolve.

Time will tell if it was worth the expense.

NIK 'N' OFF,

No ads in your forum here mate. There are some ad placements in some pages where ExplorOz owns the content like Places, Treks etc but all BOG content is/meant to be ad-less.

The forums across all system instances will be updated in the next few months when we merge the mobile version with the desktop version. But from a logical point of view the original forum and new forum are the same.

Keep the feedback coming we can only make it better as time goes on.

If I do a follow up reply I do not see the option to upload an image UNLESS I touch the link to go to full site. Which defeats the purpose of doing a reply to a post ?

Should FOLLOW UP REPLY be tagged as QUICK REPLY - no uploads.

Here I touched the GO TO FULL SITE tab and it allows me to post a reply and upload an image [ except I cannot as described elsewhere ]

Well that's different, when I touched the UPLOAD AN IMAGE this time it allowed me to ..

There has been a bit of an issue - when I published this AM the primary domain was set as www.bog.asn.au and m.bog.asn.au - these needed to be set to www.bushtrackerownersgroup.asn.au and m.bushtrackerownersgroup.asn.au. This update has caused a number of problems today.

I have just published a load of updates to the mobile site that should remove the ads and fix the image upload system. If you still have problem let me know.

Mobile Image Uploader is now installed in the forum and should be working as expected. This image from the mobile site:

Apologies for bringing new complaints to your thread Mick, but I was unable to post.

We had a edit function before; an advantage when we sees typos as we post. It does not need to be open for long - eg 20 or 30 minutes allows for corrections.

It appears we no longer have a members only area and a separate open area.

Are these yet to come?
