Has anyone disassembled one of these to fix a leak?
Leaking Tap
It's leaking from under the handle.

Stephen
If you have the paperwork it helps. I pulled one apart at the farm, just like that one. I think I recall popping out the section with the coloured dots. Allen Key and bingo. It will need a few 0 rings. If I can do it so can you. Hope that helps. In fact if you can see the makers name , go on the net for details.
Bets of luck

Hi Stephen
You probably need a new canister, the rubbers do split in due time, normally the pink ones. Sorry I can not give you a part No. Best take it out and go to a plumbing supplies or maybe Bunnings.
Tap Canister
Remove the Allen Key Grub Screw and remove the tap handle. Should be simple from there. Check that the base is tight before reassembly.
Cheers

There are two standard sizes so be sure to take the part with you to get the right one.
Love mixer taps - hate twin taps where you have to burn yourself to get the temp right.

Stephen,
Remove the handle and you should find a large brass boss that retains the mixer cartridge. It may be loose enough to allow water past the body of the mixer or the cartridge itself is failing.
Regards.
