Our van has single beds and two front windows which are leaking water into the bed area when travelling in rain or stopped with heavy rainfall on the van. I have tried sealing with silastic without solving the problem,do I have to remove the windows and have them resealed or is there another fix?

We have had this trouble for years.. We have a 2006 model with Camec windows. If you have the same , I found that the water was coming in through the winder section. At long last we have got on top of it(I hope, after recently going through a reasonable amount of rain) Used silicone around and in rivet holes on outside were you have a black box either side of each window. If unsure what I mean send me a note and I will ring you. Not near van at present so cannot send pic.
Cheers

What I did to fix ours was to put a piece of sail track, sealed of course above and below the window and then I had a canvas cover made with rope sew in top and bottom. We travel with that over our window and have not had any water into the van since fitting this cover.
When we wish to open the front window it is just a simple job to slide the cover off.
