We have a damaged back light bar which needs panel beating. Does anyone know how to remove the LED lights from the light bar so we can get the light bar panel beaten?
Thanks, Wally

Wally,
This may or may not apply to your van but I have a van which I have changed from globes to LED. I took the guts out of the new bar and fitted to existing backing. Works fantastic.
The new backing board, Narva, has 2 bolts as prt of the unit and the nuts would be on the back of the C channel, I suggest.
Only a guide as I did not replace the backing unit.

Thanks Ponce. We already have LED lights on our back bar so do not need to replace them. And since our post we called in to Bushtracker on our return homeward & they were able to explain how to get at the cabling to to get enough length out so the lights can be taken off and backing bar can be repaired. Thanks again for taking the time to reply. Regards, Wally
