Qld. Mini Muster 2016 UPDATE

Dates: 16th March to 23rd March.

Place: Standown Park bush camp / caravan park.

Address: 91 Radtke Rd, Kia Ora Qld. Directly off the Tin Can Bay Rd just 27.9 km from the Bruce Hwy turnoff at Gympie. It is 2 hours from Brisbane and less than 1 hour from Maryborough.

Cost: Group Rate: $21 Powered $18 Unpowered.

Catered dinner if required. $10 - $20 pp. All the profit goes to ‘Push to the Bush’ (Vietnam Vets going to rural schools to educate kids about Anzac Day)

Booking:
1: Pam at the park (07) 5486 5144. Book a site in your name under the Bushtracker Owners Group. A mix of 20 sites have been allocated. Powered sites to be booked by Thu 3rd March at the latest otherwise not guaranteed. CASH only at time of arrival.

2: Register on the BOG website under the Muster site tab. For numbers and insurance.

Programme: Wednesday 16th AM arrival & set up. 3 PM Welcome Afternoon Tea (bring a small plate).

The timing of the rest of the week’s activities will be discussed at this time. Just to mention a few. They include information sharing sessions (eg history of the BOG, Q & A); demonstrations (eg repairing corrosion between the black bumper strip and the external wall cladding where it meets the checkerplate);

A buy, sell, swap table for your unwanted goods; a visit from our sponsor Sound in Motion; a cook off in the camp oven using HEAT BEADS (bring a bag of heat beads). Training will be available.


All are welcome to attend. Come along for the camaraderie of a group of like minded people with a common interest in Bushtracker Caravans. Do as little or as much as you like. This is a social gathering.

QLD local govt elections are on during this time.

Need to prepoll as I think absentee votes may be a problem
