Hi, anybody know of any good caravan/carpentry repair shops between Alice and Adelaide.

We tried the guy in Alice but he was not interested.

Thanks

ok, fair enough.

The kitchen surface was never properly screwed into the underlying framework, so as we travel the torsional forces lead to unwanted consequences if you get my drift.

I'm trying to avoid the 6000k round trip back to the factory for a fix, hence the question.

Augusta Caravan and Camper

Their core business is running road trains ...... which means if i'm not here then wait a while and i will be back.

Why don't contact a kitchen renovation/cabinet maker. Same thing, except in caravan and not a house??

Long story, to cut to the quick, I had a few, well quite a few, warranty issues with the van, the bigger ones were related to the carpentry and general fittings.

So I went to BT and asked them to take ownership of these, find a repairer, manage the repairer and so on, which they did admirably, my thanks to Stu D.

My post was me being alice to adelaide bound, and looking to expedite things.

The work is now done except for some satellite probs, sound and motion have set up a tech guru of theirs in Adelaide to pop round and sort it once I get down there.

Cheers

A bit like nik'n'off then??

Came across the term when working on a bakery IT system a long time ago, somebody described the bread delivery van guys as peripatetic workers, it stuck in my head for some reason, but I've never seen it used since.

So, I thought I'd give it a go.

Cheers
