New Thread - Validation Check Process

Hi folks,

We have just added a simple validation control on the forum New Thread Process to ensure the integrity of the threads that are loaded to the site. This is a simple checkbox function and will take no additional time when submitting new threads but will ensure real users are loading data to the system.
