Unless you are qualified, you will need an electrician to do other than the basic checks below.
I am assuming the supply you have plugged into is alive.
Check the incoming 240v supply circuit breaker (CB) on the 240v circuit board is 'on'. If not, turn it on.
If the CB wont latch 'on', you have a problem somewhere between and including the CB and the external power supply.
This where you will most likely need a sparky.
Cheers.

1.To reset most circuit breakers. Turn it off then back on.
2. Plug an appliance (eg. hairdryer) into your extension lead to test lead is ok. Then if lead is ok
3. Unplug all appliances from caravan PowerPoints.
4. Turn off hot water.
5. Turn off all 240v circuit breakers in caravan
6. Plug your extension lead back into your caravan.
7. Turn circuit breakers on one at a time. If any trip it will indicate which one is at fault.
Then you may need to call a qualified electrician.
Hope this helps.

And in our BT the 240V circuit breakers are located at the opposite end of the same cupboard as the 12v circuit switches.
