Burrendong Botanic Garden and Arboretum - NSW

Opening hours dawn to dusk year-round.
This is not your traditional well laid out symmetrical botanical garden. It is a large property best seen by driving (some 4WD only) the colour coded self guided tours stopping in designated areas to explore the various walking tracks. Allow a few hours to explore. Recommend carry water as no cafe on site but coffee making facilities at the Information shed.

Free guided tours of Burrendong Botanic Garden and Arboretum are held on the fourth Sunday of each month (March to November) from 11am to 3pm.

Picnic areas, toilets, views of the lake, varied walks, plant sales, children's treasure hunts and guided tours are available at certain times. Native animals and birds.
