Information

Just 7 km north from the end of the tar along a 2WD dirt road brings you to this creek crossing, one of the few left on the Bloomfield Track. Pleasant camping with swimming possible. The more scenic, interesting and potentially difficult sections of the track begin north of the creek. Steep sections are concreted and creeks bridged or graded. However it can be potholed, corrugated and crossed by washouts if it has not been graded recently.
