Mt Dare Hotel is situated on the western edge of the Simpson Desert just 10km south of the Northern Territory border. The Hotel offers travellers food, water, fuel, bottled gas, postal services, mini mart, welding, mechanical and tyre repairs, public phone, tourist information and Desert Parks Pass, toilets, showers and camping facilities and is a great spot to freshen up and relax, have a meal in the Pub, nice cold drink or stay over night.
