Information

The picnic area is at a bend in the North Pine River where it meanders through the suburb of Petrie. Extensive grassed areas and lagoons line the river banks in this area. There are several easy and safe paths, picnic areas and a public toilet. There is normally adequate parking available.

This park caters for a variety of recreational and sport pursuits including cycling, walking, skating or kicking a ball. Dog exercise area, electric barbecue, seating and shelter.
