Stonehenge Recreation Ground - NSW

Entrance on eastern side of highway uses the same lane as the gun club which has the bigger sign in red and white. The small blue and white signs for the granite tors are easy to miss.

Great location with magnificent granite outcrops to walk or drive around. Various split tors and balanced rocks.

Under cover shelter and picnic tables, playground, grassed sports area and unpaved walking trails. Amenities are only a single long drop toilet and no water available. Beautiful century old shade trees.

The Balancing Rock is one kilometre south on private property. It can be viewed from the highway at a pullover, but is 300m distant.
