This parking bay is often used for an overnight stop for travellers on their way to Steep Point or Shark Bay. It is simple a long stretch of dirt road running parallel to the bitumen road set back no more than 15m (although the road is generally quiet at night). Only low shrubs, no bays or areas tucked away.
