The Madura Pass and lookout is located to the west of the roadhouse. Take the track leading north off the Eyre Highway up to the lookout.
The Madura Pass is a dramatic feature where, after hundreds of kilometres of flat terrain, the road suddenly drops down from the Hampton Tablelands onto the (coastal) Roe Plain.
