Information
King Solomons Cave is part of Mole Creek Karst National Park. King Solomons is a small compact cave system rich with lavish colours and formations. Visitors to the cave may participate in a guided tour that operates seven days a week excluding Christmas Day.
Tour times: 1130, 1230, 1430, 1530 (May - Nov) plus 1630 from Dec - April.
Each tour has a maximum limit of just 15 people so arrive early to ensure a place. Duration of tour is approximately 45 minutes and advance bookings are not taken for this cave. Tickets can only be purchased on the day. Cameras, & flashlights are permitted.
FEES: Tickets for King Solomons Cave are available at the King Solomons Cave guide office but only if paying with eftpos visa card, master card or bankcard. There is no cash held on the premises at King Solomons Cave Guide Office. Tickets are also available from the centralised ticket office at 330 Mayberry Rd, which is located about 600 metres prior to the entrance to Marakoopa Cave (Mole Creek). This office does accept cash, along with eftpos, visa card, master card or bankcard.
If visiting both King Solomons and the Marakoopa Caves, you should allow 15 minutes to travel the 11 km between them.
