Widgee Showground Camping - QLD

Widgee is a tiny bush community that revolves around its rodeo/showgrounds for pony club, live music events, dog trials and campdrafting events. For travellers there is open camping and facilities including hot showers, toilets, option for power and nearby pub offering meals and nearby dump point. Please refer to photos (or posted notes on the walls) for rules and conditions of stay.
Site fees are $12/night unpowered, $20 powered. Put cash in envelopes provided and follow instructions for where to put your money. Max stay 3 nights. Call before arrival to check what events may restrict your access to stay.
Note: no drinking water (creek water is available in showers/taps). Caravanners may not run air conditioners on powered sites.
