Karte Campground - SA

Camp sites are located near the start of the Karte walking trail and provide an opportunity to enjoy the Karte Conservation park's vast expanse of wilderness and admire stunning views across the district. You may even encounter one of the park's residents such as the western grey kangaroos, echidnas or fat-tailed dunnarts. The campground provides partial shade and protection from wind at some sites.Access: 2WD and 4WD. Suitable for tents, selected sites are suitable for camper trailers and caravans. Facilities: Long-drop toilets, picnic area. NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED DURING FIRE DANGER SEASON. Number of campsites: 3 allocated campsites. Electricity: Unpowered.
