Situated 150 km south of Perth, Lions Myalup Pines cottages is leased from the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions and managed by a board of management made up of Lions from District 201WA – a division of Lions Clubs International. Lions Myalup Pines Cottages is a not-for-profit project and the board of management
are all volunteers.The Myalup Pines village has seven basic cottages each sleeping up to eight people in various bed configurations. All cottages have crockery and cutlery for eight people, wood heating, toilet and shower facilities under the main roof. For further convenience, each cottage also has a toilet outside.

Visitors need to bring their own bed linen, including sheets, blankets, pillows,
and bathroom towels & toiletries The village has full BBQ facilities, an open fire pit, large green areas, bushwalks of various distances and a childen’s playground. In addition, there is a hall available with a large
modern kitchen as well as a large screen tv and an AV system for presentations, conferences or other group gatherings.

There are many things around to explore and enjoy. Myalup Beach with its beautiful white beaches great for swimming and fishing is only a short drive away. Lake Preston and Yalgorup National Park are ideal for bird watching, bush walking and nature study. Whittaker’s Mill Site is 18km north of Myalup, once an old mill town, is now a popular rest spot for travellers with BBQ’s and tables. The little town of Myalup boasts one of the Harvey region’s most unique mosaics
designed by a talented local artist. Less than five minutes drive away you have the Old Coast Brewery with a variety
of boutique beers and great food. There are also a range of other eateries to be found
in Harvey and Myalup. If you like cheese, don’t miss out on Ha Ve Harvey Cheese
for some delicious tastings.
