Coach and Horses Campground - NSW

The only permissible camping area within the Paroo-Darling National Park is the Coach and Horses campground on old Wilga Station. Excellent bush campsites next to the Darling River, about 500m off the main road, which are suitable for caravans and camper trailers. Facilities include Pit/composting toilets, picnic tables, electric/gas barbecues and shelters. 2WD accessible.

The Wilga Station lease was taken on in 1925 by the Plant family but when Raymond Plant died in 1994 the property was eventually sold to the NSW National Parks and Wildlife service.
