Boar Gully Campground - VIC

An easy drive from Melbourne, Boar Gully Campground is at the northern end of this national park known for its scenic walks and spectacular spring wildflowers. Boar Gully is a trailhead (start or finish) for the 3-day Burchell Trail hike.

There are six campsites suitable for tents with an additional campsite set aside for a camp trailer or caravan.

Each site can accommodate a maximum of six people and all campsites are unpowered. There are communal fireplaces and picnic tables throughout the campground, and non-flushing toilet facilities.

Fires may be lit in the fireplaces provided by Parks Victoria. Firewood collection is not permitted. Campers should bring their own firewood or a fuel stove for cooking. Tank water is available but it is not suitable for drinking – supply your own drinking water.

Brisbane Ranges National Park is in the Central fire district. Bushfires can occur during the warmer months. It is your responsibility to check current and forecast weather conditions. Campfires cannot be lit on days of Total Fire Ban, however gas cookers can be used for preparing food.
