Information

This rest area is just a widened section of the bitumen highway (not a track off the road). It is fully exposed with no trees for shelter. Bin, picnic table, shelter, water tank. Suspect that tracks into the sand dunes were previously good camp options but signage on the tracks is very clear "No Entry". See photos attached meaning if you stay here overnight you must stay on the roadside.
