Wallam Creek Campsite - QLD

Delightful and large free camp area "Yumba" is on the bank of Wallam Creek, in Bollon. Donation box to aid bush nurses is located near the Toilet block near the Town Cemetery. Yumba really is an example of what some central and northern Councils can do to attract RVs of all shapes and sizes close to towns. Well marked, and serviced by toilets and hot showers a shortish walk from the camp area, as are the shops. Potable water taps and BBQ plates are spaced throughout the site, making for a comfortable stay. Pets are allowed.

A 1.2km stroll along the walkway provides access to the little town’s main street. Dump point in William Street. Be sure to check out the Bollon Heritage Centre in Main Street.
