Chicken, mayo and mushroom on rice

Ingredients

• Chicken, onion, mushrooms, tin of Cream of mushroom soup, curry powder
• Jar of mayonaisse (470gr), rice.

Method

• Step 1Fry chopped Onion , mushrooms and chopped chicken pieces (chicken breast works best) until cooked. Add tin of cream of mushroom soup, whole jar of mayo and one spoon of curry powder (as much or little as you like). Simmer for a few minutes and dish on rice. You can add peas or corn if you like.
