Ingredients

  • About 12 Yabbies cooked and peeled
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2pkts instant noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 cups water

Method

  • Step 1Peel and cut onion into quarters.
  • Step 2Peel and slice carrots into rings
  • Step 3Place into camp oven with water
  • Step 4Season with salt and pepper
  • Step 5Place on coals and cook until onions and carrots are tender
  • Step 6Add 2 min noodles and the flavour sachets and yabbies
  • Step 7Cook a further 2 mins
  • Step 8Serve
