One Pot Beef with Noodles

Ingredients

• Olive oil
• 500g rump steak, cubed
• 2 rashers bacon, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 teaspoon chilli
• 1 tin tomatoes
• 1 potato, diced
• 1 cup diced pumpkin
• 1 cup frozen peas
• Salt and a pinch or 2 dried rosemary
• 1 pkt thin hokkien noodles
• 1 cup grated cheese

Method

• Step 1Combine all ingredients except cheese in camp oven.
• Step 2Suspend on tripod over campfire and bring to simmer.
• Step 3Simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally.
• Step 4Serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
