Errol's Mince Cookup

Ingredients

• 250g of Mince (or more if needed), 1 Onion, (chopped chunky), 1 Carrot,(chopped chunky or finer if so desired), chopped Mushroom's as desired, 1 can BBQ Baked Beans, table spoon of Garlic, ground Black Pepper. Greated Cheese. You can also add other veggies if so desired.

Method

• Step 1Chop carrot and onion and cook in oil or butter. Add any other veggies at this time. Add Mince, Garlic and Black Pepper, stir in and cook. Add Mushroom's. When cooked, add Can of BBQ Baked Beans and stir through. When heated through, serve with a sprinkle of grated Cheese on top.
