Use up left over chicken with noodles and veges

Ingredients

  • I pkt chicken noodle soup
  • Left over cooked chicken
  • Handful of rice
  • 1carrot
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • Beans
  • Broccoli
  • Capsicum
  • You can use what ever veges you have
  • 4 cups of water

Method

  • Step 1Put chicken noodle soup in a large pan and add water and rice. Bring to boil then simmer for five minutes with lid on.
  • Step 2Add all roughly chopped veges and simmer until just cooked.
  • Step 3Add chopped chicken and and simmer with until chicken is heated.
  • Step 4Serve
