Description

4 basic ingredients that can easily be substituted or added to. Try different curry pastes or meats/fish

Ingredients

  • Generous amount of left-over chicken
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 300ml sour cream
  • Large tablespoon green Thai curry paste
  • Pasta
  • Parmesan

Method

  • Step 1Cook pasta until 5 min before it is done, then start to prepare the sauce.
  • Step 2Soften onion until translucent in a pan
  • Step 3Add sour cream and meat
  • Step 4When pasta is cooked, add to pan & coat pasta
  • Step 5Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese
