Description

A very nice cake with only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Currants
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Hot and Strong Black Tea
  • 2 cups SR flour

Method

  • Step 1Pour the hot Tea over the Sugar and Currants that have been placed in a bowl then let stand for 2 hours.
  • Step 2Add the SR Flour and mix.
  • Step 3Place in a loaf tin and bake for about 1 hour @ 180c.
