A good way to cook stewing chops

Ingredients

  • 6 or 8 stewing chops
  • 2 good size onions
  • 1 pack French Onion soup

Method

  • Step 1Dice onions
  • Step 2Place a chop or 2 in bottom of camp oven
  • Step 3Then a layer of diced onion and a sprinkle of French onion soup
  • Step 4Repeat till you have used all ingredients.
  • Step 5Add water till almost covered
  • Step 6Cook and serve with mashed potato
