Description

A sausage sizzle with a difference. Easy quick meal that gives some variation to the sausage sizzle for two.

Ingredients

  • Coleslaw (bag) 200gm
  • Sausages x 4
  • Mayo
  • Hot chilli sauce for some zing
  • Hotdog rolls x 4

Method

  • Step 1Mix 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce and mayo in a bowl.
  • Step 2Add the coleslaw and mix.
  • Step 3Cook sausages
  • Step 4Open the hotdog rolls and put down a bed of slaw.
  • Step 5Put down one cooked sausage on the slaw per roll.
  • Step 6Enjoy.
