Camping Eggs Benedict

Ingredients

• 2 eggs for each person
• Canned Ham
• Canned Hollandaise Sauce
• English Muffins

Method

• Step 1Start by hardboiling eggs at home.
• Step 2Peel and slice eggs
• Step 3Slice ham
• Step 4Mix in Holandaise Sauce.
• Step 5Heat in a coffee can or ask a local restaurant to save #10 cans. (Cook in them, flatten them, and throw them away). (Easier than washing Pots and Pans).
• Step 6Spoon over English muffins. Mmmmm.
